Travel along trail #4 and eventually you will come to the Wilson Monument. Here you will find an upright stone with some carving on it in a 10 by 10 wrought iron enclosure and a plaque giving the details. "In Honor of Alexander Wilson" "The Father of Ornithology" "Erected 1856 by George Donaldson"
